National Library Reading Day
On 3 August 2017, National Library Board (NLB) organised the National Reading Day. Instead of children, 20 CabbyCare cabbies read to seniors from the Lions Home of the Elders in Bishan, one to one. These ComfortDelGro cabbies also volunteer with NLB's Deliver Me Programme, which sees them provide free trips to volunteers delivering library books to the needy.
CabbyCare participates in Hair For Hope 2017
About 250 cabbies turned up for the CabbyCare’s Hair for Hope 2017 event in support of Children’s Cancer Foundation on 7 June 2016. Not only did they shaved off their precious locks, but together with the Company, donated $50,000 to the foundation. Please click here for more information.
Hand painted Mural at Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home

On 27 May 2017, ComfortDelGro Taxi and CabbyCare unveiled a 7m by 2.5m hand painted mural at the Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home. About 10 ComfortDelGro Taxi staff and cabbies spent 57 hours designing and painting. Another 40 of them spent the morning playing games and singing karaoke with the seniors.

Sew for a Good Cause
On 20 May 2017, about 100 ComfortDelGro cabbies, staff and their family members were sewing for a good cause in support of ActiveSG’s SportCares programme – Hands to Hearts, which they gave away pillows cases to dementia patients from various non-profit organisations.
CabbyCare receives plaque from Children's Cancer Foundation
On 31 March 2017, CabbyCare was conferred the Philanthropy Award - Corporate Category (Bronze) by Children's Cancer Foundation.
CabbyCare ferries StarPALS to Sentosa
About seven CabbyCare cabbies helped ferry StarPALS patients, mainly children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their family members for their Family Day outing at Sentosa on 11 March 2017.
