Sixteen CabbyCare cabbies were mobilised to help convey over elderly residents to St Hilda's annual Christmas Hi-Tea at Meritus Mandarin.

CabbyCare members and their  family members were treated to a  day of fun and good food at  CabbyCare 2007 Family Day, held  at NTU Alumni Club. This yearly  event was organised to thank  CabbyCare members for all the  support and hard work they had  put into voluntary work.

About 100 cabbies, in  partnership  with ComfortDelGro,  set aside  time and money to   lend support  to the Kidney   Dialysis  Foundation’s ”Buy and   Fold a  Crane of Hope and Care”  Project.  In all, they have raised  a total of  $10,000 which will go  towards the  KDF’s efforts to  raise $200,000 for   over    200  low-income  kidney  patients. They also  helped to sell  origami  paper to  raise more  funds.

CabbyCare donated $25,000 to five charities on 3 March 2007. The five charities - the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA), Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) and Thong Teck Home for Senior Citizens - each received $5,000 from CabbyCare. The cheques were presented during a Chinese Lunar New Year Lunch hosted by CabbyCare Charity Group for some 120 residents of Thong Teck Home for Senior Citizens.
